I'm not really one for cooking but occasionally I do like to get my bake on. I had some great organic honey and this past weekend I decided to put it to use to make blondies, the non-chocolate version of brownies. I had to eliminate the chocolate chips the recipe called for so I threw in some multi-colored sprinkles instead and wound up with some great little honey cakes. They are delicious, though I'm a little biased, of course.
