Kent Falls
Well, the studio in my new place (yes, I have a 'real' studio space) still isn't unpacked, and I still have a lot of East Coast photos to share so, here are some more.
While away I took a day to go for a hike at Kent Falls, a place I frequented with friends while in high school. Now, I think the Pacific Northwest is one of the most beautiful places ever, and one of my favorites but, what always amazes me when I'm in New England, is how green everything is in the spring and summer.

Butterfly Pavilion
Since I'm still pretty sick, and spent the day laying on the couch reading and watching Harry Potter, I thought I would post some photos from the Magic Wings, a butterfly conservatory and the first stop on my East Coast adventures.

Clouds
I've been back home for a little over a week, but right after I returned from my East Coast adventures I got sick, oh, and I moved across the Bay to Berkeley, so I've been a bit quiet (and busy) lately. I'm recovering from my cold, and most of the boxes are unpacked so here is the first round of photos from my trip; some clouds from cruising altitudes (and one from the ground).

New Books from Class
I'm on vacation this week so my posting has been a little slow. Before I left though, I was the TA for Courtney Cerruti's Introduction to Bookbinding class and then, she was my TA for another session of the same workshop. Here are photos from our day of tag-team teaching.
Here's Courtney, being an awesome teacher, as usual
Courtney had us use vintage posters for one book--great idea!
